5. Meet Hour RequirementsAutomatic tracking helps ensure your annual CPD includes a minimum of 10 peer consultation hours and 20 general CPD hours.
6. Retain EvidenceUpload and attach evidence (PDFs, screenshots, or receipts) directly to your entries.
7. Provide Evidence for AuditOne-click export produces an organised PDF record (Learning Plan, CPD log, reflections, and peer consultation), ready for PsyBA audit submission.
8. Retain Records for Five YearsPsyBA expects CPD evidence to be retained for at least five years. Ponder retains your records for as long as your account remains active — well beyond that minimum. If you delete your account, you can export your full CPD record yourself beforehand — we'll send reminders, but exporting is your responsibility. Your data is permanently erased 30 days after your deletion request, except where retention is required by law.

This table reflects Ponder's own summary of how its features map to the Psychology Board of Australia's CPD Registration Standard and Guidelines, current as of the date below. It is not an official PsyBA document and should not be treated as a substitute for the Board's published standard — always refer to PsyBA directly for the authoritative requirements.
